We make every effort to display the colors and images of our reformers as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.
Assembly & Installation
Unless explicitly stated, prices do not include professional installation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the equipment is assembled correctly and safely before use.
4. Safety & Liability Waiver
We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or health complications resulting from the use or misuse of our products, improper assembly, or failure to consult a medical professional before beginning a new exercise regimen.
5. Shipping & Heavy Goods Delivery
Due to the size and weight of reformer equipment:
- Deliveries are typically "Curbside" or "Threshold" unless white-glove service is purchased.
- Customers must ensure adequate space and access for delivery vehicles.
- Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
