Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from The Reformer Store, operated by NAYA Yoga & Pilates LLC.
We want you to shop with confidence. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase from our store.
1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
For orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates, you may initiate a return and refund request within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused
- The product is in its original condition
- The product is in its original packaging
- The return request is submitted within the allowed return period
2. Inspection & Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by our team. If the product meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Returnable Equipment
For Pilates equipment and other installed equipment, returns will not be accepted once:
- The product has been shipped
- The product has been delivered
- Installation has been completed
Due to the nature of equipment delivery, handling, and installation, such items become non-returnable after successful installation.
4. Manufacturing Defects
At the time of installation, if any manufacturing defect is identified, the product will not be refunded. Instead, we will take one of the following actions depending on the issue:
- Repair the product free of charge
- Replace the product, where necessary, as a final resolution
5. Return Approval
All return and refund requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
