Warranty

Our Pilates reformers are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• Frame & Structural Components: 5–10 years (depending on model)
• Mechanical Parts: 1–2 years (springs, ropes, pulleys, foot bar mechanisms, etc.)
• Upholstery, padding, and straps: 6–12 months
• Accessories: 6–12 months (boxes, jump boards, etc.)

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Failure of components under normal and intended use
• Replacement or repair of defective parts at no additional cost (within warranty period)

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading upholstery, stretched ropes)
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or neglect
• Commercial use (unless specifically stated)
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage caused by accidents, improper storage, or environmental conditions (humidity, rust, etc.)
