At The Reformer Store, your satisfaction is important to us.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a suitable resolution.

Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused products in their original condition and packaging, subject to inspection and approval.

Custom-made or special-order items are non-refundable unless covered by a manufacturing defect.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
