Repair & Maintenance
Proper care and regular maintenance are essential to ensure the safety, performance, and longevity of your Pilates reformer.
Routine Maintenance
Users are responsible for maintaining the equipment in good working condition. Recommended practices include:
- Daily/Weekly Checks:
- Wipe down upholstery and frame after use
- Inspect ropes, straps, and springs for signs of wear
- Ensure all moving parts operate smoothly
- Monthly Maintenance:
- Tighten bolts, screws, and fittings if required
- Check pulley alignment and rope tension
- Clean tracks and wheels to prevent dust buildup
- Periodic Servicing (Every 6–12 Months):
- Lubricate moving components as recommended
- Replace worn-out parts such as ropes, springs, and straps
- Conduct a full safety inspection
Repairs
All repairs should be carried out by authorized technicians or as guided by our support team. Use of genuine replacement parts is strongly recommended to maintain product integrity and warranty coverage. Unauthorized repairs or use of non-approved parts may void the warranty.
Replacement of Wearable Parts
Certain components are subject to natural wear and must be replaced periodically, including:
- Ropes and straps
- Springs
- Upholstery covers
- Wheels and bearings
These parts may not be covered under warranty unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
