Engineered to support more movement combinations, enhanced exercise variation, deeper muscular engagement, and greater movement creativity, the Mini 2 preserves the foundational principles of the Lagree Method: slow controlled movement, continuous tension, stabilization, muscular endurance, and precision through control.
A Fusion of Two Platforms
The Mini 2 combines key design elements from both the Micro Pro and the Mini Pro, creating a highly versatile machine that merges the compact efficiency of the Mini platform with the carriage functionality and movement possibilities inspired by the Micro Pro. The result is a platform designed to increase movement flow, expand programming options, and create smoother transitions throughout the workout experience.
The Mini 2 sits on the same platform architecture as the Mini and the Mini Pro, preserving familiarity, compact studio integration, programming consistency, and movement continuity while introducing entirely new movement capabilities. Studios can seamlessly integrate the Mini 2 into existing Mini environments while expanding exercise variety and progression potential.
Micro Pro–Inspired Carriage Design
The Mini 2 features the same carriage design as the Micro Pro with the addition of an extra integrated platform. This expanded surface area creates additional movement options, smoother transitions, more progression opportunities, and enhanced exercise combinations. The design encourages continuous movement flow, integrated sequencing, and prolonged muscular engagement — all central principles of Lagree 2.0.
15-Degree Tilting Panels
One of the defining features of the Mini 2 is its tilting panel system. Both panels tilt 15 degrees in opposite directions to work more efficiently with the end platforms, creating improved ergonomics, more natural joint positioning, smoother force transfer, enhanced body alignment, and greater movement integration. The result is a machine that feels fluid, connected, and responsive throughout the movement experience.
Expanded Progressions & Combinations

The Mini 2 supports the principles of Lagree 2.0 BASE by emphasizing continuous movement, integrated sequencing, progressive overload through multiple variables, sustained Time Under Tension, movement creativity, and minimal interruption. Intensity can be manipulated through tempo, range of motion, sequencing, stabilization demand, body positioning, movement complexity, and resistance — rather than relying solely on heavier tension.
Analog by Design
The Mini 2 is fundamentally an analog machine and does not come standard with electronics. However, the platform is designed to support future optional electronic upgrades such as Tempo Lights and future movement tracking systems, allowing studios and instructors to preserve simplicity while progressively scaling technology and customizing the training experience over time.
